Milford Township is one of 26 townships in Iroquois County, Illinois. It covers 44.34 square miles of land and sits at about 636 feet elevation.
As of 2020, 1,475 people lived there in 753 households and 498 families, with 774 housing units and a population density of about 33 people per square mile.
The township includes three cemeteries: Maple Grove, Old Milford, and Vennum.
