Michail Fragkos (born 20 May 1990) is a Greek professional footballer who plays as a winger for Asteras Stavrou in the Super League 2. He was born on the island of Rhodes and is 1.79 meters tall.

Fragkos has played for many clubs across Greece, as well as teams in Cyprus and Germany. His career includes Evagoras Rodos, Thrasyvoulos, a loan to Preveza, Diagoras, Rodos, Paniliakos, Comarca de Níjar, Fokikos, Lamia, Kallithea, AEL Kalloni, Sparta, Volos, Ialysos, Aspropyrgos, PAEEK in Cyprus, VfB Auerbach in Germany, Irodotos, and P.A.O. Rouf. He joined PAEEK in 2020 and moved to VfB Auerbach in 2021. In 2024 he joined Asteras Stavrou.

Internationally, Fragkos has one cap for Greece's under-19 team in 2008.
