Megan Mingyu Williams (11 September 1956 – 17 April 2000) was an Australian actress and singer. She is best known for playing Alice Sullivan in the TV drama The Sullivans and for winning a Logie Award for her work in Anzacs (1985).

Megan was born in London to David and Chin Yu Williams, who had performed in West End shows like South Pacific. Her mother was described as half-Chinese. When she was six months old, she had a tiny TV role on The Adventures of Robin Hood. Her family moved to Sydney, Australia, where she began her acting career.

Her first big role was Ann Watson in Class of ’74 (1974). She then played Alice Sullivan in The Sullivans (1978–1982). She also appeared in The Outsiders in 1976, in Sweet and Sour (1984), and won the Logie Award for her role as Kate Baker in Anzacs (1985). She continued acting on Australian TV with Return to Eden (1986) and later had a small part in EastEnders (1989) in the UK, as well as a minor role in Nightmare Man (1999). Williams also performed on stage as Grizabella in Cats and appeared in All Together Now.

In music, she appeared in the film clip The Queen and Me (1982) and provided backing vocals for Flame Trees on Cold Chisel’s album Twentieth Century (1984). She helped introduce Pilates to Australia and helped found The Australian Pilates Method Association.

Megan Williams was in a long-term relationship with Cold Chisel singer Ian Moss. She had breast cancer surgery in 1997, and the disease returned in 1999. She died in Sydney on 17 April 2000, aged 43.
