Medaura is an Asian genus of stick insects in the family Phasmatidae, subfamily Clitumninae, and tribe Medaurini. It belongs to the kingdom Animalia, the phylum Arthropoda, the class Insecta, and the order Phasmatodea. The genus Medaura was described by Stål in 1875 and has the synonym Menaka (Wood-Mason, 1877). Species in this genus are found in tropical Asia, including Indo-China.
