The Marlow-Hunter 47 is an American cruising sailboat designed by the Hunter Design Team. It was built by Hunter Marine in the United States from 2016 to 2019. This recreational keelboat is made mainly of vinylester fiberglass with a Nida-core sandwich and Kevlar reinforcement, and it features a hard-chine hull.

The boat has a fractional B&R rig with a near-plumb stem, a reverse transom with a fold-down swimming platform and a dinghy garage, and an internally mounted spade rudder steered by a wheel. It offers a deep fin keel as standard or an optional wing keel.

Displacement and ballast vary by keel option: the deep fin version weighs about 36,000 lb with 9,093 lb of ballast, while the wing keel version weighs about 32,793 lb with 12,500 lb of ballast. Draft is 7.00 ft with the deep fin keel or 5.50 ft with the wing keel. The boat is powered by a Yanmar 80 hp diesel. Fuel capacity is 150 gallons, fresh water is 194 gallons, and the holding tank holds 52 gallons. Below deck headroom is 81 inches.

Exterior features include a hydraulically canting steering wheel that can pivot 90 degrees for a dual-wheel layout, which folds away when not in use. The raised cabin top has wraparound windows that open up the living space below, creating a multi-level interior with a raised saloon. Factory options include roller furling jib and mast-furling mainsail. The mainsail area is about 1,277 square feet.

Overall, the Marlow-Hunter 47 emphasizes a comfortable, interior-focused design and a distinctive deck-salon layout, aiming at buyers seeking a high level of livability and a unique cruising experience rather than a mass-market vessel. The boat measures 50.50 ft LOA, with a 44.67 ft LWL and 15.00 ft beam.
