Marijne van der Vlugt (born 6 October 1965 in De Meije) is a Dutch musician, former model and MTV Europe VJ. She is the daughter of Dutch actor Bram van der Vlugt. She started as a VJ for MTV Europe Central in London in the early 1990s, hosting Alternative Nation and The Pulse with Swatch. She also did voiceovers for night-time videos and her voice was used in MTV adverts. When MTV stopped pan-European broadcasting from London in 1997 and split into regional channels, her MTV presenting career ended.

She was the lead singer of the UK band Salad from 1992 to 1998. She later performed with the rock band Cowboy Racer, known for the song Yellow Horse, which was featured on Grey's Anatomy. Cowboy Racer broke up in 2011. In 2016, she worked with Paul Kennedy as Salad Undressed, and Salad reformed in 2017. She cameoed on Never Mind the Buzzcocks in 2023.
