Marcin Kobierski (born April 13, 1977) is a Polish sprint canoer who competed from the late 1990s to the early 2000s. He won two world titles in the C-2 1000 m at the ICF Canoe Sprint World Championships, in 2001 in Poznań and in 2002 in Seville, with partner Paweł Baraszkiewicz. He also competed in the C-2 500 m at the 1996 Atlanta Olympics, reaching the semifinals. In European championships, he took part in Szeged in 2002 (C-2 1000 m) and Milan in 2001 (C-4 500 m).
