Makubetsu Station (幕別駅) is a JR Hokkaido railway station in Makubetsu town, Nakagawa District, Hokkaido, Japan. It serves the Nemuro Main Line and is 58.0 km from the line’s starting point at Shintoku.

The station layout consists of one side platform and one island platform, serving three tracks, connected by a footbridge. Platform 1 is next to the station building and is the main track; Platforms 2 and 3 are used in certain situations for inbound/outbound trains or overtaking. The station is not fully accessible for disabled passengers. It is staffed and has a Midori no Madoguchi ticket office. The station code is K34.

Makubetsu Station opened on 11 October 1905 as Yamuwakka Station and was renamed Makubetsu in 1963. After the privatization of JNR on 1 April 1987, it came under JR Hokkaido. In fiscal year 2018, the station was used by about 386 passengers daily.

On the Nemuro Main Line, Makubetsu is located between Satsunai (toward Takikawa) and Toshibetsu (toward Nemuro).
