Maike Beer (born 7 June 1996 in Hamburg) is a German curler who plays lead on the German national women’s team, skipped by Emira Abbes. She curls with Curling Club Hamburg. The team includes Emira Abbes (skip), Mia Höhne (third), Lena Kapp (second), Maike Beer (lead), and Pia-Lisa Schöll (alternate).

Beer has competed at the World Championship (2016), the World Mixed Championship (2024), and the European Championships (2015, 2023). She has also appeared at the Winter Universiade (2017), the World Junior-B Championships (2016, 2017), and the European Junior Challenge (2013–2015).
