Madtown (MADTOWN) was a South Korean boy band formed in 2014 by J. Tune Camp. The seven members were Moos, Daewon, Lee Geon (Lee Woo), Jota, Heo Jun, Buffy, and H.O. Moos and Buffy had previously debuted as the hip hop duo Pro C in 2013. The group released their debut EP Mad Town and the single Yolo on October 6, 2014, and they promoted with a debut performance on M Countdown on October 9. They also starred in the reality show Mad TV.

In 2014–2015, Madtown released more music. Their first digital single “OMGT” came out in November 2014. Their second mini album, Welcome to Madtown, was released digitally on March 9, 2015 (physical release followed on March 16). They continued with new music, including the third mini album Emotion, whose title track was “Emptiness,” released in June 2015.

In December 2016, Madtown’s contract was sold to GNI Entertainment after J. Tune Camp closed. In 2017, the group faced legal issues and announced plans to disband. Daewon and Lee Geon confirmed the disbandment on The Unit. Buffy enlisted in the military, and the other members pursued individual activities: Jota and Heo Jun moved into acting, Moos focused on DJ work, and H.O’s activities were not detailed.
