Lwajjali River is a 65-kilometer-long river in Central Uganda. It begins in Kisweera Swamp near Kisweera village in Mukono District, at about 1,200 meters above sea level. From there it flows northwest, then turns north and northeast until it joins the Sezibwa River in the swamps north of Kayunga town, in Kayunga District. Along its course it crosses the Gayaza-Kayunga Road at Nakasajja, forming the border between Wakiso District to the west and Mukono District to the east. It then becomes the boundary between Kayunga District to the east and Luweero District to the west. The mouth is at about 1,150 meters above sea level, where the Sezibwa River continues toward Lake Kyoga.
