Lucy Adams (born March 29, 2003) is an American field hockey player who plays midfield. She was born in Andover, Massachusetts, and studies at Brown University.

Adams has represented the United States at both junior and senior levels. For the U-21 team (2023–2024) she earned 17 caps and scored 3 goals, helping the team win gold at the Pan American Junior Championship in Bridgetown in 2023. She also played at the FIH Junior World Cup in Santiago, finishing 10th, and won silver at the Pan American Junior Championship in Surrey in 2024.

She made her senior international debut in 2025 in a series against New Zealand in Auckland. She has competed in the 2024–25 FIH Nations Cup in Santiago and won silver at the Pan American Cup later in 2025. In 2026 she was named to the squad for the Summer of Hockey Series in Dunedin.
