Louis Manu "Lui" Anderson (born 27 June 1985) is a New Zealand rugby league forward who played for clubs in New Zealand, England, and France, and who represented New Zealand internationally.

Born in Dargaville, New Zealand, Anderson is 185 cm tall and weighed about 101 kg during his career. He started with junior clubs East Coast Bays Barracudas in Auckland and Taniwharau in Huntly. He made his first‑grade debut for the New Zealand Warriors in 2004 and played with them until 2007, making 67 appearances and scoring seven tries.

He then joined Warrington Wolves (2008–2011), playing 104 games and scoring 24 tries, and helping the team win two Challenge Cup finals (in 2009 and 2010). In 2012 he moved to Catalans Dragons, where he played until 2018, appearing in 143 games and scoring 35 tries. He finished his club career with Villegailhenc-Aragon XIII in 2019.

Internationally, Anderson earned 18 caps for New Zealand between 2004 and 2007 and played once for the Exiles in 2011. He is the brother of Vinnie and Fraser Anderson and is a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
