List of England international footballers (2–3 caps)
The England national football team represents England in international soccer. It is run by The Football Association (the FA) and plays in UEFA, the European football body. England played its first official international match on 30 November 1872, a 0–0 draw with Scotland.
This list shows players who have appeared for England in two or three matches (caps), whether as a starter or as a substitute. For each player, you’ll see their usual position, total caps and goals in all England games, and the dates of their first and most recent England matches. The list is ordered by number of caps (3 first, then 2), then by debut date, and then by name. All statistics are up to 16 November 2025.
