Lia Parolari (born 30 July 1990 in Orzinuovi, Italy) is a former Italian artistic gymnast. She represented Italy at the 2008 Beijing Olympics and finished 14th in the all-around final.

Parolari helped Italy win its first European team gold at the 2006 European Championships. She also contributed to a 4th-place team finish at the 2007 World Championships and an 8th-place finish at the 2010 World Championships. She won the Italian national all-around title in 2008.

Other career highlights include a silver medal with the Italian team at the 2008 City of Jesolo Trophy, a 4th-place team finish at the 2008 European Championships, and a 6th-place finish on uneven bars at the same event. She won the all-around and a team gold at the 2009 City of Jesolo Trophy, and finished 8th in the floor final at the 2009 European Championships.

Parolari retired in 2012 and began coaching at her home club Estate '83. She has an uneven bars dismount named after her in the Code of Points.
