Lewis Eugene Woolfolk (November 21, 1896 – March 22, 1961) was an American pitcher in the Negro leagues during the 1920s. He was born in Henderson, Kentucky, and played for the Chicago American Giants in 1923. In 15 recorded pitching appearances, he went 6–5 with a 5.08 ERA over 79.2 innings. He died in Chicago, Illinois.
