Heimildin is an Icelandic investigative newspaper based in Reykjavík. It was launched in January 2023 after the merger of the papers Stundin and Kjarninn. The first issue appeared on January 13, 2023. The editors were Ingibjörg Dögg Kjartansdóttir and Þórður Snær Júlíusson.
