Leinster Minor Football Championship is the top knockout competition for under-17 Gaelic football in Leinster. It used to be an under-18 championship, but in 2017 it switched to under-17 after a GAA Congress vote on 26 February 2016. The trophy is the Fr. Larry Murray Trophy, named after a well-known underage mentor in Louth and Armagh (the Ulster Minor Championship is named after him as well).

The championship began in 1928, with the first completed competition won by Longford, who beat Dublin 3–4 to 1–4 in Navan on 10 November 1929. Longford reached the All-Ireland final of that year but lost to Clare on 1 March 1930. Except for 1943 and 1944, the Leinster Minor Championship has been completed every year since 1929.

The current Leinster champions are Longford. The competition features 11 teams in the Leinster region, and Dublin has won the most titles with 35. Electric Ireland sponsors the championship.
