Leen Mohammed Al-Blehid is a Saudi football defender who plays for Al-Shabab in the Saudi Women’s Premier League and for the Saudi Arabia women’s national team. She was born on 22 March 2000 in Saudi Arabia.

Club career:
- Leen started her club career with Al Yamamah in 2018, making 27 league appearances and scoring 2 goals. She scored her first goal for Al Yamamah against Sama and helped the team finish third in the first SAFF Women’s National Championship.
- In 2023, after Al Yamamah was taken over by Al-Shabab, Leen joined Al-Shabab. She made her debut on 14 October 2023 in a 1–0 win over Al-Ahli and scored her first goal for the club on 16 November 2023 in a 9–2 victory over Al-Riyadh. She had 12 league appearances and 1 goal for Al-Shabab as of 30 December 2023.

International career:
- Futsal: Leen has played for the Saudi Arabia futsal team since 2019, earning 16 caps and 3 goals. She competed in the 2022 WAFF Women’s Futsal Championship and scored in the final.
- Football: In 2022, she was named to the first Saudi Arabia women’s national football team to face Seychelles and the Maldives, making her senior debut on 20 February 2022 in a 2–0 win over Seychelles. She has 13 national team caps and 1 goal as of 12 January 2024, with her first international goal coming on 11 May 2023.
