Dzulkefly bin Ahmad (born 1 January 1956) is a Malaysian politician and toxicologist who currently serves as the Minister of Health for a second term in the Unity Government under Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim, since December 2023. He is the Member of Parliament for Kuala Selangor, a seat he held from 2008 to 2013 and again since 2018.

He previously served as Minister of Health from May 2018 to February 2020 under the Pakatan Harapan government, resigning during the political crisis that toppled PH. Dzulkefly is a member of the National Trust Party (AMANAH), part of the PH coalition, and has been Vice President since December 2023. He left the Malaysian Islamic Party (PAS) in 2015 and helped form AMANAH.

Dzulkefly first ran for Parliament in 1999 (Kapar) and 2004 (Rembau) but did not win. He won Kuala Selangor in 2008, lost it in 2013, and reclaimed it in 2018. His education includes a PhD in Toxicology from Imperial College London (1993), an MSc from the University of Surrey, and a BA from the University of Birmingham. He has worked as a lecturer at Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM) and HUSM, Kelantan, and taught Islamic Civilization at USM.

Personal life: born in Rembau, Negeri Sembilan; married to Azlin Hezri; has seven children. He was briefly hospitalized in March 2024 with suspected kidney issues but was reported stable.
