Lawrence "Baby Casius" Austin (January 17, 1955 – January 9, 2025) was an Australian Aboriginal boxer from Warrnambool, Victoria. He had a long career in many weight classes, from super featherweight to middleweight, during the 1970s and 1980s. He was 5 ft 9 in tall and fought in an orthodox stance.

Over his career, he fought 295 times, winning 283 (12 by knockout), losing 12, and drawing 2.

Austin won many titles, including the West Australia State welterweight and light middleweight titles, the Victoria State light middleweight title, the Australian lightweight, light welterweight, and welterweight titles, the South Seas Light Middleweight Title, the light welterweight World Title (twice), and the Commonwealth light welterweight title (twice). He also challenged for the Australian light middleweight title against Russell Sands and for the Commonwealth light welterweight title against Jeff Malcolm.

His fighting weight ranged from 128 pounds (58 kg) to 159 pounds (72 kg). He was inducted into the Australian National Boxing Hall of Fame in 2008. Austin passed away in Melbourne at the age of 69.
