Larry Giles
Larry Wayne Giles (November 1, 1947 – June 12, 2021) was an American preservationist and architectural salvager from St. Louis, Missouri. He founded the National Building Arts Center to preserve and study old buildings and to house a research library. He also helped with the early community radio station KDNA, which later became KDHX. Giles died of leukemia on June 12, 2021, at age 73.
