Haruto Yasumoto
Haruto Yasumoto (安本 晴翔), born May 27, 2000 in Tokyo, Japan, is a Japanese kickboxer and Muay Thai fighter. He competes in the featherweight division of RISE and is the current RISE featherweight champion. He has held titles in several promotions, including KNOCKOUT RED, WBC Muaythai Japan Featherweight, and the WPMF World Featherweight title, and he had a long amateur run with many championships before turning professional in 2016.
Yasumoto made his pro debut on June 1, 2016, with a first‑round spinning back fist knockout. He became REBELS Red Super Flyweight champion at 16 and later won the REBELS Featherweight title. Over the years he won additional belts and fought across promotions such as REBELS, KNOCK OUT, Japan Kickboxing Innovation, and SHOOT BOXING. In 2022 he signed with RISE and began competing there, later making his ONE Championship debut in May 2024, winning by decision.
In October 2024, Yasumoto captured the RISE Featherweight Championship by defeating Keisuke Monguchi. He then beat Wang Xianjin in January 2025 and defended the title in May 2025 with a first‑round KO against Yuta Kunieda.
