Lake Merritt Plaza is an office high-rise in downtown Oakland, California. The building has 27 stories and stands about 371 feet tall. It was completed in 1985, designed by architect Bill Valentine, and developed by Transpacific Development Co. The site at 1999 Harrison Street contains roughly 490,000 square feet of space.

Over the years, the building changed hands several times. Transpacific Development Co. sold it to Beacon Capital Partners in 2006 for about $160 million. Divco West bought the property in 2014, and Clarion Partners purchased it from Divco West in 2016 for about $211 million.

A Bike Room opened on the ground floor in 2023.
