Lahti sub-region is part of Päijät-Häme in Finland. Its capital is the city of Lahti. It has about 204,747 residents. The time zone is UTC+2 (UTC+3 in summer). Since 2009 it has been one of Finland’s sub-regions. By population, it is the fifth largest region in Finland, after Helsinki, Tampere, Turku and Oulu.
