Kosmos 137 was a Soviet satellite launched in 1966 as part of the Dnepropetrovsk Sputnik program. Built by the Yuzhnoye Design Bureau and weighing 295 kg, it carried instruments to study charged particles in Earth's magnetosphere.

It was launched into low Earth orbit on 21 December 1966 from Kapustin Yar (Site 86/1) using a Kosmos-2I 63S1 rocket. After reaching orbit, it was designated Kosmos 137 with the International Designator 1966-117A and NORAD catalog number 02627.

Kosmos 137 operated in an orbit with a perigee of 219 km, an apogee of 1,718 km, an inclination of 48.8°, and a period of about 104.3 minutes. The mission ended on 12 May 1967, and the satellite reentered the atmosphere on 23 November 1967.

Kosmos 137 was the first of two DS-U2-D satellites; it was followed by Kosmos 219, launched in 1968.
