Andy Hay (born Andrew Gerald Ogilvie Hay on 18 February 1964 in Auckland) is a former New Zealand rowing coxswain. He steered the New Zealand eight to gold medals at two World Rowing Championships, in 1982 at Rotsee, Switzerland, and in 1983 at Wedau, Duisburg, Germany. He also won a bronze medal with the eight at the 1986 Commonwealth Games in Edinburgh. The 1982 New Zealand eight was named Sports Team of the Year, and the crew was inducted into the New Zealand Sports Hall of Fame in 1995.
