Kori Cheverie (born June 18, 1987) is a Canadian former professional ice hockey player who is now a coach. She is the head coach of the Montreal Victoire in the Professional Women's Hockey League (PWHL) and serves as an assistant coach for the Canadian national women’s team.

Playing career
Cheverie played college hockey for the Saint Mary’s Huskies in the Atlantic University Sport conference and later played for the Toronto Furies in the Canadian Women's Hockey League (CWHL). She helped the Furies win the 2014 Clarkson Cup. At Saint Mary’s, she was an Academic All-Canadian, served as team captain, and was a Marion Hillard Award finalist. She joined the Furies in their inaugural season (2010-11) and set franchise records for most career points (82), most games played (152), and most power-play goals (14). She also held the CWHL record for most consecutive games played (152). In her final season (2015-16), she led the Furies in game-winning goals and finished second on the team in scoring. Her last regular-season game featured two power-play goals in a comeback attempt against the Brampton Thunder.

International and other playing experiences
Cheverie won gold with Team Canada at the 2009 Winter Universiade in Harbin. She also played for the Italian women’s national ball hockey team at the 2015 World Championship, where she led penalty minutes and contributed three points as a walk-on who played in all seven games.

Coaching and other roles
Beyond her playing career, Cheverie has built a broad coaching résumé. She has worked with Ryerson (now Toronto Metropolitan University), serving as an assistant coach for the Rams and later as part of the TMU Bold men’s team, and she also worked as Ryerson’s Skate Training Specialist. She coached the Scarborough Sharks Midget AA girls team in 2016, later becoming their head coach. In 2016, she helped with coaching efforts for New Zealand’s women’s national team alongside Vanessa Stratton. She has been involved in hockey development work with Hockey Nova Scotia and Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment. In January 2021, Hockey Canada announced that she would join the national women’s team coaching staff. In September 2023, she was named the inaugural head coach of PWHL Montreal, becoming the first person to lead the new franchise in the league.
