Komysh-Zoria (Ukrainian: Комиш-Зоря; Russian: Камыш-Заря) is a rural settlement in southern Ukraine, in Polohy Raion of Zaporizhzhia Oblast. It lies on the steppe between Zaporizhzhia and Mariupol and serves as the administrative center of the Komysh-Zoria settlement hromada. The population was about 2,090 in 2022.

The settlement became the center of its own hromada in 2015. In 2020, Bilmak Raion was abolished and merged into Polohy Raion. On 18 November 2022, reports noted that Russian forces killed a family in Komysh-Zoria.

Until 26 January 2024, Komysh-Zoria was classified as an urban-type settlement; a new law then changed its status to a rural settlement.

Komysh-Zoria is a railway junction with lines to Polohy and Zaporizhzhia, to Tokmak and Melitopol, and to Volnovakha, Donetsk, and Mariupol. The railway station handles some passenger traffic. It is connected by Highway H08 to Zaporizhzhia and Mariupol.
