Kjell Edvard Helland, born 29 May 1940 in Melhus, is a Norwegian Labour Party politician. He was elected to the Norwegian Parliament from Sør-Trøndelag in 1973 and was re-elected three times. Locally, he served as a deputy on Trondheim's city council executive committee from 1971 to 1975. He spent many years with Norway Post, and later worked as a Labour Party official in Sør-Trøndelag.
