Kim & The Cadillacs were an English-language rock band from Milan, Italy, active from 1977 to 1988. The group formed in 1977 with Kim Brown, Graham Johnson, Mick Webley, and Trutz Groth; three of them had previously been in The Renegades. They played a 1950s-style rock and roll sound, drawing on 1950s nostalgia from movies and TV.

They mostly recorded for Ariston Records. In 1979 they had a European hit with Rock and Roll Medley. They competed in the Sanremo Music Festival in 1979 with C'era un'atmosfera, finishing eighth. Their biggest Italian hits were Stop (1979/80) reaching #15, Non Stop Twist (1981) reaching #13, and the 1984 album Size 50, which peaked at #7. Size 50 got extra exposure because the band appeared regularly on the TV comedy Drive In.

The band split in 1988, and Kim Brown moved to Finland. In 1996 he briefly reformed Kim & The Cadillacs with a new lineup and released the album Memories Can Wait.
