Karen Hope Flores-Garcia (born November 8, 1974) is a Filipino politician and journalist who has served as the representative for Cebu’s 3rd district in the House of Representatives since June 30, 2025. She was substituted by the National Unity Party to run for the seat previously held by her husband, Pablo John Garcia. She earned a BA from the University of the Philippines Cebu. She’s married to Pablo John Garcia since 2004; her sister-in-law is Gwendolyn Garcia and her brother-in-law is Winston Garcia. She is a member of the National Unity Party (NUP) since 2024, and was previously with One Cebu, a local party.
