Kanakkampalayam
Kanakkampalayam is a town in Tiruppur district, Tamil Nadu, India. The official language is Tamil, and it lies in the IST time zone. According to the 2001 census, the town had a population of 12,180, with men and women each making up 50%. The literacy rate is 79% (85% for men and 74% for women), which is higher than India's average. About 9% of residents are under 6 years old.
