Juino
Juino is a Nepali novel written by actress Binita Baral. Set in Madanpur, Nuwakot, on the outskirts of Kathmandu, it was first published in 2016 by FinePrint Publication. The book was unveiled by actress Reecha Sharma on June 30, 2016 at the Nepal Tourism Board in Kathmandu.
The story follows Ashok, a male English teacher who returns to his village after failed attempts to go abroad. He falls in love with Katha, a bold woman who dreams of an Agricultural Revolution—teaching students and parents to farm in modern ways with limited resources. Their romance unfolds amid a society that clings to traditional etiquette.
