Kampong Jaya Setia is a village in Brunei-Muara District and a neighbourhood in the capital, Bandar Seri Begawan. It had a population of 855 in 2016 and is part of Mukim Berakas 'A'. The postcode is BB2713.

The village began as a government housing relocation for residents from Kampong Ayer who moved to land. People moved from Kampong Sungai Kebun, Kampong Saba and other places. The relocation started in 1965. Each applicant received half an acre for a house, and four acres for farming to earn money to repay the house debt. The government provided roads, electricity and clean water. Houses were one-storey with wooden walls, and residents could extend beneath the house. Some residents earned extra income by cutting rubber in the nearby Berakas Estate.

Kampong Jaya Setia includes houses mainly from Kampong Ayer, such as Pengiran Kerma Indera Lama and Pengiran Bendahara Lama, as well as Kampong Saba. Early residents gardened cassava and sold it locally, earning about BND 30 a day.

The Village Consultative Council (MPK) has identified potential One Village One Product (1K1P) projects, including coconut products, iron and stainless steel carpentry, and fertigation farming. The fertigation project site is the old market site, and some MPK members and youths have already started fertigation farming. On 4–7 June 2015, a 1K1P Sales Expo and exhibitions on handicrafts, agriculture and prison department products were held at Times Square Mall, organized by Berakas Mukim Consulting.
