K-145 was a short state highway in Kansas, located entirely in Haskell County. It ran about 1.53 miles (2.46 km) from US-83/US-160 west of Sublette to US-56 in Sublette. The route was designated on January 4, 1939, to connect US-83 east to what was then K-45 in Sublette. On June 27, 1956, K-45 became US-56, and K-145 was decommissioned on April 23, 1965.

The road started at US-83/US-160, went east past a small cluster of houses, then entered Sublette as Haws Avenue. It continued through the city on North Inman Street, turned south, and ended at US-56. The entire highway was in Sublette, Haskell County, and was maintained by KDOT.
