Julwania is a Nagar Panchayat (a small city council) in Rajpur tehsil of Barwani district, Madhya Pradesh, India. It sits in the Narmada Valley at the crossroads of AB Road (AH47) and MP State Highway 26, at about 21.86°N latitude and 75.20°E longitude, with an elevation of around 252 meters.

It is about 15 km from Rajpur and 48 km from Barwani. As of the 2011 census, Julwania had 6,529 residents (3,400 men and 3,129 women). The literacy rate was 73.6% (men 78.3%, women 68.5%). The official language is Hindi and the time zone is Indian Standard Time (UTC+5:30).
