Julien Mory Sidibé (1927 – March 17, 2003) was a Roman Catholic bishop in Mali. He led the Diocese of Ségou from 1974 until his death.

Sidibé was born in Goualala, Mali, in 1927. He studied at a local Catholic school and then at the seminary in Goumi, in what was then Upper Volta (now Burkina Faso). He was ordained a priest in Bougouni, Mali, in 1957 and directed catechism schools in Faladie and Ntonimba.

In 1971 he began theology studies in France. After returning to Mali, Archbishop Luc Sangare of Bamako appointed him bishop, and Sidibé became Bishop of Ségou in 1974.

He is remembered for a 1991 speech at Mali’s National Conference in which he supported moving the country toward democracy. Sidibé served as bishop of Ségou until his death on March 17, 2003.
