Musashi-Fujisawa Station (武蔵藤沢駅) is a passenger railway station in Iruma, Saitama Prefecture, Japan. It is operated by Seibu Railway and served by the Seibu Ikebukuro Line from Ikebukuro, Tokyo. Some trains continue through to Shin-Kiba via the Yurakucho Line and to Shibuya via the Fukutoshin Line, then onward through the Toyoko Line and Minatomirai Line to Motomachi-Chukagai.

The station is 32.9 kilometers from Ikebukuro and lies between Sayamagaoka and Inariyama-kōen. It has two ground-level side platforms serving two tracks, with an elevated station building. The facilities are accessible for passengers with disabilities. The station code is SI21.

History: The station opened on 1 April 1926. Station numbering (SI21) was introduced in 2012. Through-running to Yokohama and Motomachi-Chukagai via the Toyoko and Minatomirai Lines began on 16 March 2013.

Passenger usage: In fiscal 2019, the station was used by an average of 24,182 passengers daily, making it the 47th busiest on the Seibu network.
