Joseph M. Minard
Joseph M. Minard (January 5, 1932 – January 17, 2022) was an American politician from West Virginia. A Democrat, he served in the West Virginia House of Delegates from 1983 to 1990. He then served in the West Virginia Senate: representing the 13th district from 1990 to 1994, and the 12th district from 1998 to 2013. Minard also held the position of President Pro Tempore of the Senate. He was a businessman, served in the United States Army, and lived in Clarksburg, West Virginia. He attended West Virginia University. Minard died on January 17, 2022, at the age of 90.
