Jonathan Parr is a Norwegian former professional footballer who played as a left-back. He was born on 21 October 1988 in Oslo and grew up in Holmlia.

Parr started his professional career with Lyn in 2006. He moved to Aalesund in 2007, where he played 110 league games and scored eight goals, and helped the team win the Norwegian Cup in 2009 and 2011.

In July 2011, Parr joined Crystal Palace in England. He helped Palace win promotion to the Premier League in 2013 and made 92 league appearances with two goals for the club. In 2014 he signed for Ipswich Town, where he played until 2016.

Parr returned to Norway in 2016 to play for Strømsgodset, making 113 appearances and scoring four goals. He announced his retirement in January 2022. After retirement, he signed for Eidsvold Turn in 2023 and played 14 games.

Internationally, Parr represented Norway at the U17, U19 and U21 levels, and earned nine caps for the senior national team between 2010 and 2013. His career totals include 366 club appearances and 17 goals.
