Cave physa (Physella spelunca) is a small freshwater snail that breathes air. It belongs to the family Physidae and is a kind of gastropod mollusk. This species lives only in caves and is found only in Big Horn County, Wyoming. It is listed as Vulnerable on the IUCN Red List.
