Charles Albert "Joe" Green (July 26, 1878 – September 18, 1962) was an American baseball outfielder and manager in the early days before and at the start of the Negro National League.

Born in Chicago, Green batted and threw right-handed. He began his career with the Chicago Clippers in 1900, then played for the Columbia Giants (1901–1902), the Chicago Union Giants (1903–1904, 1908), and the Leland Giants (1905–1906, 1909). He spent most of his playing years with the Chicago Giants (1910–1921), where he also served as a manager.

Green managed the Chicago Giants from 1912 to 1921, taking over after Frank Leland died on November 14, 1914. Later in life, he put his name on the team, forming "Joe Green's Chicago Giants," a club typically made up of well-known former players from the Negro leagues and pre-Negro leagues. He also managed Joe Green's Chicago Giants from 1930 to 1940.

Green died in Chicago in 1962 at the age of 84.
