Jean-Louis Pindy
Jean-Louis Pindy (June 3, 1840 – June 24, 1917) was a French anarchist and participant in the Paris Commune. He gave the order to burn down the Hôtel de Ville. After the Commune, he escaped to Switzerland, where he died in La Chaux-de-Fonds on June 24, 1917, at the age of 77. He was born in Brest, France.
