Jam Madad Ali Khan (14 December 1962 – 13 November 2020) was a Pakistani politician from Sindh. He was born in Sanghar and studied in London, later earning a BA from the University of Sindh and an MA abroad.

He started his political career with the PML-F and served as the Leader of the Opposition in the Sindh Assembly from 2008 to 2011. In 2013, he ran for a Sindh Assembly seat from PS-81 Sanghar-Cum-Mirpurkhas-II with PML-F, won a by-poll in June 2013, and became an MPA.

In February 2017, he left PML-F and joined the Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP), resigning his assembly seat. He was re-elected in a by-poll in April 2017 from the same constituency as a PPP candidate. In the 2018 general election, he won from PS-43 Sanghar-III as a PPP candidate and served as an MPA from August 2018 until his death in November 2020.

Jam Madad Ali Khan died in Karachi on 13 November 2020 due to COVID-19.
