Jakub Holúbek (born 12 January 1991) is a Slovak football player who plays as a left-back for AS Trenčín, wearing number 14. He can also play as a left winger. He was born in Trenčín, Czechoslovakia, and is 1.81 meters tall.

Holúbek began his senior career with AS Trenčín (2010–2016), making 143 appearances and scoring 19 goals. He then moved to MŠK Žilina (2016–2019), where he had 63 appearances and 9 goals. From 2019 to 2024 he played for Piast Gliwice, recording 85 appearances and 1 goal. In 2024 he returned to AS Trenčín and has 42 appearances and 2 goals as of January 2026.

Internationally, Holúbek has represented Slovakia since 2016. He made his debut on 11 October 2016 against Slovenia, coming on as a substitute for Dušan Švento in the 79th minute during a 2018 World Cup qualifier. He earned his first start in the next match, a 3–0 win over Scotland. He has 10 caps for Slovakia.
