Jack Boyle (footballer)
Jack Boyle (born 1990 in Jersey) is a Jèrriais footballer who plays as a winger for Jersey Bulls in the Combined Counties Football League Division One. He first trialed with Oldham Athletic in February 2008 and signed a six‑month contract with Southampton in November 2008. After an injury, he left Southampton in May 2010 and joined Salisbury City in January 2011. He later played for Jersey Scottish on the island, then moved to Scottish club Airdrie United in August 2012. He left Airdrie United in March 2013 after another injury, having appeared in 14 games in all competitions. By 2017 he had returned to Jersey Scottish, and in August 2018 he was with St. Paul’s. In 2019–20 he joined the Jersey Bulls in the Combined Counties Football League Division One. He was part of Jersey’s squad at the 2017 Island Games. In October 2018 he captained the Parishes of Jersey team and scored on his debut in a 2–1 win over Yorkshire.
