Israel Fernando da Costa Alves (born 31 January 1977 in Porto, Portugal) is a Portuguese futsal player who plays as a winger for Futsal Azeméis. He is 1.70 m tall.

International career
- He has 104 caps and 60 goals for Portugal.
- He played in two FIFA Futsal World Cups (2004 and 2008) and in three UEFA Futsal Championships (2005, 2007, 2010).

Club career highlights
- Won the Portuguese league with Sporting CP in the 2003-04 season.
- Spent time abroad with FS Zamora in Spain and Zhuhai Ming Shi in China.
- Played for several Portuguese clubs, including Boavista, Belenenses, Rio Ave, and later Unidos Pinheirense before joining Futsal Azeméis.
