Irina Medvedeva (scientist)
Irina Vasilevna Medvedeva (10 August 1958 – 12 March 2021) was a Russian medical scientist. She served as rector of Tyumen State Medical University and held the Doctor of Medical Sciences degree. She was an Academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences, a professor, and an Honored Scientist of the Russian Federation. She passed away in 2021 at the age of 62.
