Indonesia women's national field hockey team represents Indonesia in international competitions. The team is governed by the Indonesia Hockey Federation, under the Asian Hockey Federation (AHF). Head coach is Krishnamurthy Gobinathan and the captain is Nisa Indira.

As of November 2025, they are ranked 74th in the world by the International Hockey Federation (FIH). They have appeared in the Asian Games twice, debuting in 2018, with their best result being 7th place. They have competed in the Asia Cup once, finishing 8th in 2022. In the Southeast Asian Games, they have earned medals in 2023 (Cambodia) and 2025 (Thailand).
